Hello March,
Thereās something about this month that feels like a fresh resetālonger days, lighter energy, and that quiet nudge to get back into a rhythm that truly supports you. If youāve been feeling scattered, sluggish, or like your motivation has been running on fumes, youāre not alone⦠and youāre not behind. You may simply need a better system.
Thatās exactly why this monthās newsletter is centered around my Energy Enhancement Systemāa simple, supportive approach to help you cultivate steadier energy, clearer focus, and a stronger sense of momentum in your day-to-day life. No extremes. No pressure to be perfect. Just small shifts that add up.
Inside, Iāll be sharing practical ways to reset your routine, protect your peace, and build energy that lastsāso you can show up for your goals (and your people) with more ease.
Letās make March the month you feel like yourself again.

Exercise Tip of the Month
Lifting weights becomes more important ā not less ā as we age.āØ
After 30, we naturally begin to lose muscle mass each year, which can affect metabolism, balance, bone density, and overall strength. Strength training helps preserve lean muscle, support healthy bones, regulate hormones, and keep energy levels steady.
Itās not about lifting heavy for appearance ā itās about maintaining independence, preventing injury, and staying strong for the life you want to live. I follow a trainer whose routines are clear, approachable, and easy to complete. I started lifting weights when I realized I struggled to raise the Murphy bed in the Energy Enhancement System roomāand I wanted to feel stronger and more capable. A few sessions a week can make a powerful difference in how you feel today and how you function tomorrow. šŖ

I follow her because her routines are clear, approachable, and easy to complete. I began weight training after realizing I struggled to lift my Murphy bed back up in the Energy Enhancement System roomāand it left me feeling discouraged and wanting to build more strength and confidence.

My Stroke of Insight by Jill Bolte-Taylor
Jill Bolte Taylor got a research opportunity few brain scientists would wish for: She had a massive stroke, and watched as her brain functions -- motion, speech, self-awareness -- shut down one by one. An astonishing story.
