Hello March,
There’s something about this month that feels like a fresh reset—longer days, lighter energy, and that quiet nudge to get back into a rhythm that truly supports you. If you’ve been feeling scattered, sluggish, or like your motivation has been running on fumes, you’re not alone… and you’re not behind. You may simply need a better system.
That’s exactly why this month’s newsletter is centered around my Energy Enhancement System—a simple, supportive approach to help you cultivate steadier energy, clearer focus, and a stronger sense of momentum in your day-to-day life. No extremes. No pressure to be perfect. Just small shifts that add up.
Inside, I’ll be sharing practical ways to reset your routine, protect your peace, and build energy that lasts—so you can show up for your goals (and your people) with more ease.
Let’s make March the month you feel like yourself again.

Exercise Tip of the Month
Lifting weights becomes more important — not less — as we age.
After 30, we naturally begin to lose muscle mass each year, which can affect metabolism, balance, bone density, and overall strength. Strength training helps preserve lean muscle, support healthy bones, regulate hormones, and keep energy levels steady.
It’s not about lifting heavy for appearance — it’s about maintaining independence, preventing injury, and staying strong for the life you want to live. I follow a trainer whose routines are clear, approachable, and easy to complete. I started lifting weights when I realized I struggled to raise the Murphy bed in the Energy Enhancement System room—and I wanted to feel stronger and more capable. A few sessions a week can make a powerful difference in how you feel today and how you function tomorrow. 💪
I follow her because her routines are clear, approachable, and easy to complete. I began weight training after realizing I struggled to lift my Murphy bed back up in the Energy Enhancement System room—and it left me feeling discouraged and wanting to build more strength and confidence.

Book of the Month
My Stroke of Insight by Jill Bolte-Taylor
Jill Bolte Taylor got a research opportunity few brain scientists would wish for: She had a massive stroke, and watched as her brain functions -- motion, speech, self-awareness -- shut down one by one. An astonishing story.

Spiritual Upliftment of the Month
I follow a young Russian woman named Katya on Instagram who shares insightful personal experiences that I find both helpful and relevant.

I just want to take a heartfelt moment to thank each and every one of you for your patience, kindness, and understanding as our family navigates through a personal emergency.
Life has a way of reminding us what truly matters, and during this time, your continued support — whether through reading this newsletter, or simply holding us in your thoughts — means more than I can express.
Thank you for being such a compassionate and supportive community. We are truly grateful. 💛
Blessings
