Happy October and Happy Halloween
As the air turns crisp and the days grow shorter, fall invites us to slow down, reset, and support our bodies in new ways. Seasonal changes can affect everything from energy levels and sleep to mood, immunity, and overall balance, making this the perfect time to be more intentional about healthy living.
In this season of transition, I love focusing on simple, supportive wellness practices that help the body adapt and thrive. From the Energy Enhancement System and biofeedback to the nourishing support of wellness products, fall offers a beautiful opportunity to tune in and respond to what your body needs most. Therapies like Biofeedback, Raindrop Massage, and Reflexology can also be especially beneficial during this time, helping encourage relaxation, balance, and a greater sense of well-being.
This newsletter is all about embracing the shift that fall brings and exploring ways to support your health naturally, gently, and consistently. Whether you are looking to restore energy, reduce stress, or create more balance in your daily routine, I am excited to share ideas and tools to help you feel your best this season.

Her presentations were thoroughly enjoyed by all attendees, and the thoughtful take-home gifts were especially appreciated.
All attendees will be able to choose from one of her signature programs and receive it for a donation of your determination. Pamela will connect with everyone in attendance to book this one on one.
Please come dressed a bit Halloweeny! Some examples below. Eye/face makeup or something that still allows you to sit comfortably and maneuver around.
Recipe of the Month
Butternut Squash Soup
As the leaves turn golden and a crisp chill fills the air, Fall just makes you want to cozy up with a warm bowl of soup. This squash soup is so filling and satisfying that you can serve it as is for a complete meal. It's easy to make with all natural ingredients.
Gem of the Month
Black Obsidian
Black Obsidian is a striking gemstone known for its deep, glossy black surface and powerful, grounding energy. Formed from rapidly cooled volcanic lava, it carries an intense, mysterious beauty that naturally fits the mood of October. Often associated with protection, reflection, and clearing away negativity, Black Obsidian feels especially meaningful during a season centered on transformation and turning inward.
Its dark, mirror-like appearance makes it a perfect companion for Halloween, adding an enchanting and moody touch to the season. Whether used in décor, jewelry, or personal rituals, Black Obsidian captures the magic, mystery, and protective spirit that make October so special.

β¨β¨We are in the process of moving to Goderich and will not be selling any more packages of hours. I wanted to kindly remind you that if you have any unused hours from your purchased packages, it might be a good time to start scheduling them. Remember, investing time in our wellness system is akin to a steady fitness regimen – consistent commitment yields the best results. Just like working out at the gym, it's the ongoing dedication that brings about lasting transformation. At this time we have started the staging of the house and hope to put it up on the market before the end of September. It would make a great place for someone who has a service business especially in the health industry. Sorry for the craziness please reach out if you have any questions about your unused hours.ππ
As October begins, I hope this season brings you moments of rest, gratitude, and simple joy. Thank you for being part of this community and for allowing me to share this journey with you. Wishing you a beautiful month ahead filled with warmth, connection, and all the goodness this season has to offer.
Yours in love and light,
